Acquired Sandwich and Rochester, MA C&D transfer stations from Casella Waste Systems which allows us to accept an additional 1,500 tons per day of C&D and 300 tons per day of stumps. Also acquired Casella’s Cape Cod hauling division, including trucks and equipment.

  Acquired the hauling and disposal assets of Pro Waste Disposal, a Waltham, MA based dumpster provider. We will internalize the additional 4,000 tons of C&D at our Roxbury facility.
